How to install the muffler correctly
Nowadays, mufflers are still widely used in production now. They can effectively eliminate noise and reduce people's life troubles to a certain extent. So how much do you know about the installation of muffler machines?
1. The connection port of the muffler must be firm. This must be a necessary procedure during the inspection process. Often when installing equipment or pipelines, the connection between it and the equipment pipeline is easy to loosen. The heavy muffler machine should be supported by a special load-bearing frame. At the same time, it must be noted that the strength and rigidity of the support must be within the capacity.
2. Connect the reducing pipe to the back neck of the muffler machine in order to reduce the impact on the machine body during mechanical vibration. In addition, the machine body should not be directly connected to the fan interface, and a pipe should be added in the middle. Under normal circumstances, the length of the middle pipe is generally about three times the diameter of the fan interface. When the interface size of the selected muffler machine does not match the interface of the fan, you can choose to add reducers before and after the body to meet the purpose.
3. The flow velocity between the muffler pieces should be specified, and usually it can be considered the same as the velocity of the fan duct. It is usually used in civil buildings. In industry, it is usually about 20 meters per second, but it must not exceed 30 meters per second. The structure of the mechanical format will be different with different flow rates.
