What are the requirements for the structure of the stent | Sandpiper Intermediate Bracket
(1) The overall structure and detailed structure of the stent shall be set in a geometrically invariant system.
(2) Horizontal and oblique support connecting rods should be arranged between the uprights of the bracket according to its force requirements and structural characteristics to enhance the overall rigidity and stability of the bracket.
(3) When a shaped bowl-buckle steel pipe scaffold is used as a support, its structure should meet the following requirements:
(4) The spacing and step distance of the vertical poles should be selected according to the actual load borne by the support.
The bottom of the vertical pole should be equipped with an adjustable base or a fixed base, and the bottom vertical and horizontal horizontal rods should be used as sweeping
When using a pole, the height from the ground should be less than or equal to 350 mm; the length of the upper end of the pole including the adjustable bolt extending from the top level horizontal pole should not be greater than 〇. 7 m, U-shaped jack support should be adopted at the upper end of the pole, and the jack support should be supported at the bottom of the main rib of the formwork. At 8 m, horizontal scissor supports should be set at the top and bottom, and the spacing between the middle horizontal scissor supports should not be greater than 4.
(5) When the distance between the vertical poles is less than or equal to 1.5 m, vertical scissor braces shall be arranged continuously from bottom to top around the bracket and in the middle longitudinally and horizontally, and the spacing shall not exceed 4.5 m. When the distance is greater than 1.5 m, a full-height special diagonal pole should be set at the corner, and a full-height eight-shaped diagonal pole or scissor brace should be set in each row and column in the middle. The angle between the diagonal pole of the scissor support and the ground should be between 45° and 60°, and the diagonal pole should be buckled with the vertical pole every step.
(6) The aspect ratio of the bracket should be less than or equal to 2; when the aspect ratio is greater than 2, it is advisable to enlarge the size of the lower frame or take other structural measures.
(7) When there is a main structure around the bracket, a connecting wall shall be provided.
(8) When setting the channel in the bracket, its width should be less than or equal to 4.
